Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital delivery

Habit Tracker is a digital download. A download becomes available after payment is confirmed as captured. The ₹499 yearly price is a one-time payment in the current checkout and does not auto-renew.

Eligible ₹350 partial refund

For a customer-requested cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase after the installer has been successfully delivered, one fixed partial refund of ₹350 may be requested for that order. The remaining ₹149 is not refunded under this discretionary cancellation option. Send the request to habituvo@gmail.com with your Razorpay order or payment ID. We will acknowledge it within 3 business days and communicate the decision.

Full refunds for payment or delivery problems

We will refund the full ₹499 for a duplicate successful charge or when payment was captured but we cannot provide an accessible installer after you contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These full-refund cases are separate from the ₹350 discretionary cancellation option.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Include the Razorpay order or payment ID; never send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
